How do I shop online with Contempo?
It’s really simple and convenient.
You can register to shop online with Contempo from your mobile phone, tablet or desktop. Easily browse through our fantastic offering of products, to purchase an item you simply need to select your size and add it to your cart.
Once you are done adding products to your cart and you’re ready to complete your purchase, click on the shopping cart and follow the required steps in order to complete your purchase by providing your delivery details and making a secure payment. After you have competed the transaction and we have received payment for your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will then receive your Contempo order within 3 – 5 business days.
What are the requirements to register for online shopping?
In order to register for online shopping, you will need to:
1. Provide your name & surname.
2. Provide your address for delivery.
3. Provide your unique email address.
4. Be at least 18 years old.
How do I change my contact details on my profile?
To change or update your phone number or email address on your profile, click on the “Profile” button and sign into your account. Once you have signed in, click on “My Address Book” and you will be able to edit your personal details. When you are done editing your details, click on the “Save” button.
Will the products in my shopping cart be reserved for me?
We unfortunately cannot reserve any products until the order has been completed and payment is received.
The item I’m interested in is out of stock online. How can I get it?
You can contact your nearest Contempo Store 'Click Here' for the details and locations of all our stores, or email our customer care department [email protected] with the product code of the item you are interested in and we will do our best to assist you.
How do I select the right size / fit?
A good place to start is with our Contempo Size Guide, 'Click Here' in order to find your best fit whem shopping with us online.
If you buy an item and you are not happy with the fit, you are more than welcome to return it to any Contempo store for free.
Please review our Refund Policy 'Click Here' to ensure your products meet the requrenments for a refund or exchange.
Am I able to remove items or change the size after I ordered?
No, you unfortunately will not be able to remove items or make any changes after your order has been paid for and confirmed.
Am I able to add items to my order?
No, you unfortunately will not be able to add other items to your order after it has been paid for and confirmed.
