LAY BUY AGREEMENT BETWEEN CONTEMPO AND THE PURCHASER
- In terms of this agreement, the merchandise specified hereon will be held by the seller
- The duration of this agreement is 3 months after which it will expire and be returned to stock
- The purchaser may terminate this agreement at any time prior to the 3-month expiry date, whereupon the seller will gladly refund the purchaser 90% of all monies paid
- In the event, the seller terminates this agreement prior to the expiry date the seller shall refund the purchaser all monies paid plus 10% per annum
